We have a diverse offering of amenities available – a large 2,400 square foot lodge, TV room, a newly built second common area featuring a second floor great room for those ocean views we mentioned; our BBQ area, two bonfire pits, a community garden and fitness area that includes commercial grade fitness equipment!
Our large (2,400 sq. ft.) game and entertainment room with a 65" flat screen TV, multiple seating areas, a wood stove, ping pong and pool tables. Behind the game and entertainment space, we provide a covered eating and grilling area and a fire pit/seating area.
Our large 12,000 sq./ft. greenhouse houses the park's community garden, offers storage space for our long term residents, contains a workshop available to our residents and serves as the workshop for a local glassblower. As of 2022, the exercise equipment from the greenhouse has been moved to a separate fitness room behind the Lodge.
