The Cedar Springs community is made up of tiny homes which are owned by our residents, and the sites are rented/leased.  We are happy to accommodate pets (upon request & approval) providing they reside within your tiny house.

Lakefront sites are $490 / month for periods of 12 months or longer, while the shorter terms do run slightly higher.

Our site rental fee includes water, sewer, and trash/recycling services, as well as grounds maintenance/mowing.
